Soap test for oil/ Ghee sample

 Soap test oil/ Ghee sample .

Method.

__________50 ml distilled water in flask

__________then heat it up to boiling 

__________ then add phenophlene indicator 

                  1 to 2 drop.

__________then add sample 50 ml & shake.                        well.

If No colour attain then means soap test is negative

If pink colour attain means soap is present

Then further actions apply on process.
